Scope Property Services was created by Landlords that wanted to see improvement in service maintenance and created SPS ltd.

Our Managing Director Ben Hodge has over 25 years experience in general project management and a wide range of day to day property maintenance, renovations and all safety aspects meeting all the latest landlord legislation in place for regular lets.

Additionally, we offer a wide range of block management property maintenance services to Landlords and Managing Agents from long term maintenance contractors to minor repairs.
